Mongolian Lamb Cooking Sauce
Cooking Instructions: 3 Simple Steps
1. Cut 300g of lean lamb (or your favourite lean meat).
2. Stir-fry meat in a non-stick pan until brown add capsicum and
onion, then stir-fry for 2 minutes.
3. Add entire contents of pouch and stir-fry until ingredients are
cooked and sauce is hot. Serve with Kan Tong
Hokkien Noodles or rice.

1/2 green capsicum (80g), sliced
1/2 onion (80g), sliced
Water, Garlic, Golden syrup, Sugar, Soy sauce
(contains wheat), Thickener (modified cornstarch)
sesame oil, salt, chilli, Ginger, Yesast extract,
Food acid (Lactic), Star anise, Pepper, Flavour
