UNIQUE RECIPES Malaysian Chicken Satay Sticks
- 500g chicken tenderloins
- 160g packet KAN TONG® Malaysian Satay Meal Base
- 440g KAN TONG Singapore Noodles
- 6 spring onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 10 skewers
Place chicken in a bowl. Set aside 1/4 cup of the KAN
TONG Malaysian Satay Meal Base to use as sauce. Add remaining
meal base to chicken and mix to coat. Thread one tenderloin on a
skewer. Repeat with remaining chicken.
BBQ or char grill skewers on medium heat for 2-3 minutes each
Place noodles and spring onions into a bowl of boiling water.
Drain and stir through oil and soy sauce. Serve topped with skewers
and reserved sauce.
