UNIQUE RECIPES Satay Mushroom Dip
- 125g button mushrooms, chopped
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 125g cream cheese
- 1/2 cup yoghurt
- 160g KAN TONG® Malaysian Satay Meal Base
Heat a non-stick frying pan until hot. Add mushrooms and lemon
juice and cook over high heat for 2-3 minutes or until mushrooms
Mix cream cheese and yoghurt together in a bowl, add KAN
TONG Malaysian Satay Meal Base and mushrooms and mix well.
Serve with crudites.
