Satay Chicken Meal Base
Just Adds
500g lean chicken breast
200mL coconut milk
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
Cooking Instructions: 4 Simple Steps
1. Heat canola oil in pan and add Kan
Tong® Satay Chicken Meal Base. Stir-fry over
low heat for approximately 2 minutes.
2. Add chicken and cook until brown.
3. Add coconut milk, stir through and simmer uncovered for 10
minutes.
4. Add peanuts and stir through. Serve with rice
