UNIQUE RECIPES Honey Soy Pork with Kumara Mash
- 1 kg orange sweet potato, peeled and cut into pieces

Place pork steaks and half of the KAN TONG Honey, Soy
and Garlic Meal Base in a dish to marinate.
Place kumara in a large saucepan of water. Bring to the boil
then reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes or until soft. Drain and
