INSPIRATIONS® Sizzling Mongolian
A flavoursome blend of soy sauce, chilli and garlic.
- 300g lamb
- 1/2 onion
- 1/2 green capsicum
- 2 tbsp cornflour
1. Heat oil in a wok, add meat coated in cornflour and stir-fry
2. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3 mins.
3. Stir in Sizzling Mongolian Asian Meal Base and heat
4. Serve with rice and garnish with finely sliced shallots.
For something different...add one carrot at step 2.
